2. Booking and Payment

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting inappropriately or posing a safety risk.

5. Health and Safety

• Consult a doctor before starting Pilates, especially if pregnant, injured, or with health conditions.
• Inform instructors of any health issues before class.
• You assume all risks of injury from participating in our classes.

6. Liability

• 387.studio is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage (e.g., theft) unless caused by our negligence.
• Our liability is limited to the class fee paid, except where Spanish law states otherwise.
